1. Shipping Section

Shipping Information

You will receive a confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary between carriers. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 1 business day.

Within Australia

We ship Australia wide using a variety of couriers. Orders received before 12pm will be dispatched the same day. 

  • Standard delivery Australia wide for a flat rate of AU $10.00  for all orders
  • Delivery times are between 2- 5 business days (Delivery times to WA & NT vary, please allow 5-10 days)

International Shipping

We ship Internationally via Australia Post Registered Mail (Certain countries are excluded International shipping)

  • Standard International Rates vary between countries, please check the "Shipping calculator" in the shopping cart before checkout, for an accurate price on shipping. Variance of price is between $20.00 and 29.00.
  • Delivery times vary between countries, 
    • New Zealand (10-20 working days)
    • North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific (21-28 working days)
    • Rest of the world (25-30 working days)

Do I have to pay for duties and taxes?

Orders shipping to destinations outside Australia might incur duties and taxes. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email titled "Your order is on the way". You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched. 

*Please note, tracking can take around 24-48 hours to update after dispatch

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Don't worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple warehouses.

Can I order a product that is out of stock?

No, however please subscribe to our mailing list to be the first to know when products are re-stocked or new product lines are available. And also keep a close eye on our social media for the latest in Havokk.

3. General information

How do I get in contact with Havokk?  

Please send an email to info@havokkcc.com and one of our staff will eagerly help you out as efficiently as possible. Or message us through Instagram Direct Message @havokkcc or through Facebook messenger @havokkcc.

4. Returns and refunds

What is your returns policy?

  • refunds are given on products returned within 90 days of purchase
  • exchanges are not part of our returns policy
  • products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached to be eligible to be returned
  • postage on returned items will be at customers own expense
  • we only offer refunds through the original payment method that was used to make the order

5. Payments

How can I pay for my order?

Havokk Clothing Company currently accepts Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We are also working on accepting payment via Afterpay.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a payment service allowing us to offer customers the ability to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

How does it work?

Place an order with Havokk using Afterpay as your payment method. You'll then be required to pay for the order in four instalments, due every two weeks. Even better, it's completely interest-free when you pay on time!
